Zillow got it wrong. Again.

Zillow had their zestimate at $371,400 when we signed the agreement to list the property.


We sold the property for over $150,000 more than the Zillow zestimate.

Then we hired and paid for professional photography and videography to showcase the property online to the largest amount of potential buyers in the market.


We implemented our specific and customized marketing plan for the coming soon property including postcards, social media campaigns, google ads, and circle prospecting.


Once we launched the property live on market our previous efforts allowed us to provide a pool of interested buyers to view the home, write a contract, and close on the property.


Which ultimately lead us to selling the home in March for over $150,000 more than the Zillow zestimate.
